Our Higeia program is custom created to include your choice of clinically proven medical treatments, unlimited follow-up consultations with our GP’s, always available treatments, access to an on-demand patient portal, unlimited medical support, and an option to cancel before your next order.

All our treatments are approved for use in Australia and are commonly recommended by GPs for weight loss and weight maintenance. Our treatments are design to help you live life on your terms and make your own choices, the Higeia program works in with you and your lifestyle. You do not need to exercise or diet even though we do advise adequate nutrition, and exercise will help overall results.
The short answer is yes you can use our Higeia program whilst going to the gym or exercising. We do advise adequate nutrition and exercise as very beneficial to overall results, especially in maintaining healthy lean mass. Our practitioner can provide extra support on this please specify all your goals in your pre-consult questionnaire. Higeia can be a very strong tool whilst exercising.
